Once you send the form we will take care of the rest, If a deal is made, payment will be sent out one (1) business day following successful deposit from close of escrow.
These are the signs to look out for when scouting neighborhoods for a potential house:
Tall Grass/Junked Yard
Extremely overgrown grass or weeds, with long or no maintenance response.
Front /Back yard littered with trash or unused items and furniture.
Bags of trash or scrap piled on the sides of the house.
Broken/Boarded Windows or Doors
Old shattered windows with cardboard/plywood patches.
Completely boarded up windows and abandoned homes. Notices on the front door or windows.
Damaged/worn garage doors, entry doors, or window shutters
Structural Damages
Damaged/worn carports, heavily cracked driveways, roof damage, broken HVAC.
Obvious non-permitted storage sheds or building additions.
Damaged/worn pillars, decks, porches, pergolas, canopies etc..
Abandoned Cars
Cars or recreational vehicles that have been sitting a long time.
Look for flat tires, large patches of bird droppings, heavy dust/grime, fading paint.
Extremely Worn Paint/Fascia
Fading or chipping paint on the exterior of the home, fascia.
Faded/worn paint on front door, safety door, window shutters, handrails, window sills etc...
Full Mailbox
Stack of letters left in the mailbox for long periods of time.
Damaged or worn mailbox. Faded or worn address numbers.
