6 Years ago Hugo Jr retired from his City of El Paso job to pursue a path as a laptop entrepreneur.
He started his entrepreneurship career generating income from e-commerce products, selling self-produced music online, virtual accounting, remote administration, bookkeeping and finally settled into his newfound love of Real Estate.
Hugo Jr has a strong passion for real estate, books, cars, business, media production, self development and providing solutions.
Hugo Sr
Hugo Sr has been an Independent business owner since 1990.
Served as an IT Field Technician for over 10 years. More than 20 years experience in tax preparation, business accounting services, and asset protection. Strongly versed in financial business structures and business relations.
Hugo Sr strives to help others grow their businesses, his main life passions include his family, real estate, business, learning and growing assets under management.
About Our Process
Our team at Gratus Enterprises will be with you every step of the way through out your transaction, to help simplify the process we have broken it down into four main phases:

We agree on the best approvable offer for your property based on the latest market conditions
4. Closing
The Title Company will distribute funds via Check or Wire to all parties on closing day.

A short conversation to get to know you and the property plus any goals in selling the property.
3. Submit Paperwork
Once all parties are in agreement, the paperwork will be sent to a Title Company/Real Estate Attorney to start the transfer of ownership.
